Online Hypnosis Downloads
I have seen online hypnosis downloads on the internet ever since I have been paying attention to that sort of thing. I guess it took me a while to connect the two but it seems that hypnosis downloand have been on the internet almost from the beginning.
For quite some time, I was suspicious of these downloads and I tried a few without much success. Later, after I became a Certified Hypnostist, I became convinced that one-0n-one hypnosis was the only effective method of performing quality therapy. As time went on, I was persuaded to do some group hypnosis and found that this was also effective.
I began experimenting with self-hypnosis. I found this method of hypnosis to be effective, with continued effort and practice.
I still thied the downloads on occssion out of curiosity. I had not been mpressed with them although, by now, I had been hypnotized many times and knew that the downloads were inducing hypnosis but I did not go very deeply and saw no positive results from the hypnosis. I am aware that my scepticism was the main obstacle to achieving results. At the time, I did not consider this.
One day, I was checking out some new hypnosis sites and ran across a site that offered some free downloads and also a membership that opened the doors to a variety of hypnosis downloads. I tried one of the free downloads and went into the deepest hypnotic trance that I had ever experienced, download, group, face-to-face or by any other means. This was the most effedctive hypnosis I had ever run across. I tried several more of this hypnotists downloads and all were effective.
I have since been studying MP3 hypnosis and I have developed a method and a theory of self-hypnosis by download or cd that I will soon make available to the public.
